Catania

I was born in Catania, where the beautiful sea caresses the coast of the Sicilian islands and is kissed by the sun almost all year round.

I grew up here surrounded by the thousand colors and scents that I still call home today.

Sicilian flavors & creativity

When I first entered a restaurant kitchen, I was just 14 years old. Even then, I decided that my life was cooking.

Through the hotel management school and further training in restaurants, hotels, in and outside Sicily, I was able to complete my training

to become a “Cuoco & Pizzaiolo”.

Due to my enthusiasm for Sicilian cuisine and my creativity, I decided to further specialize

and opened my own restaurant in Catania in 2008.

to Radstadt

From Catania to Radstadt: Salvatore Miraglia's journey from the sunny coast of Sicily to the picturesque town of Radstadt.

In 2022, my path led me to Radstadt - and it was love at first sight. I was welcomed with open arms in this wonderful city and soon I felt at home. So much so that that same year I left my restaurant in Sicily behind to start a new chapter in my life here.

The warmth of the people and the beauty of the surroundings inspired me to realize my dream after two years: opening my own pizzeria.

Today I am delighted to spoil you with a selection of exquisite pizza and pinsa as well as fine wines – a tribute to my homeland Sicily and the Italian way of life.
